Our Story

I was evacuated out of my freshman year dorm due to a bomb threat. I was an out of state student who had no family in the area, and it was only a few weeks into the semester so I was still unfamiliar with the area. I was confused, anxious, and uncomfortable while being outside of my dorm for hours while waiting for the “All Clear” from the local police. It wasn’t just me that felt this way, it countless of other students and their parents as well.

That is why I created GoPak, to give students and their parents a peace of mind knowing they are prepared for the unexpected.
